A 30 - 60 minutes of movement can do you wonders! We start with a phone call, and then scheduled a consult, where we will pick a plan and set goals. Your first official session will consist of a fitness assessment so I can develop a proper training plan for your goals. The training sessions following the initial 60 minute session will be your training program. I am with you every step of the way in these 30 or 60 minute sessions to guide you and help you achieve things you never thought possible!
